  1. Business entity is registered/incorporated in Singapore
  2. At least 30% local shareholding
  3. Group annual turnover not exceeding S$100 million per annum based on the most recent audited report, or group job not exceeding 200 workers

Up to 70 percent of eligible costs, capped at 20,000 per company each financial year
